Seth is a lifelong resident of Bloomington-Normal and is very familiar with the Twin Cities community. After graduating from Illinois State University (Finance & Insurance) in 2006, he leaped at the opportunity to work as a licensed Realtor. With the support of his wife and two boys, helping hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes has been an exhilarating experience for him. Outside of Real Estate, Seth enjoys golfing, snowmobiling, and mowing his lawn. He is now going on his 12th year selling Real Estate and is proud to own one of the Top 3 Teams in the area!
Will was born and raised in Bloomington-Normal, graduating from Normal Community West High School and Lincoln College with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice where he earned Cum Laude Honors. Will has spent the last 11 years at State Farm where during that time he married his wife, Courtney, and they had two boys, Aiden and Wyatt. Outside of Real Estate, he enjoys coaching and playing with his kids as well as special date nights with his beautiful wife. Will’s decision to pursue his second career is his desire to help individuals and families achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Will leads with a servant’s heart. He enjoys coaching buyers through the process, from initial consultation to exchanging keys at the closing table. Will’s unique skill set and background make him the ideal choice to become your next and final Realtor.
Corrinne fell in love with the Bloomington-Normal area when she transferred to Illinois State University in 2011 from The College of Lake County in Northern Illinois. After graduating in 2013 (Organizational & Leadership Communications) she decided to stay in the area and settled into the little City of Le Roy with her husband, Clayton and red lab pup, Reba. In her few years of being part of the BloNo community, she has gotten very involved. She was a member of the Normal CornBelters staff, worked for The Bull/Magic/Cities Radio Station, and has sung the National Anthem at many events around town. She joined Couillard & Company in April 2015 and became licensed in August 2015. She takes client care very seriously and enjoys communicating and staying in touch with past, present, and future clients. As the Director of Operations, Corrinne’s goal is to build and maintain a team of respected, caring, friendly, and experienced agents and staff.
With over 7 years of experience, Jennie Sperry has a passion for Real Estate. Jennie started her Real Estate career as the MLS/Membership Manager at the Bloomington-Normal Association of Realtors and recently managed a record-breaking Real Estate team with over $54 Million in sales. Jennie has experience, dedication, and knowledge in pending to close transactions. With Real Estate as her passion, Jennie is motivated by her two children, Aiden and Allie, and her husband Jaime. Jennie strives for an excellent career all while raising her children and supporting her family.

Born and raised in Bloomington-Normal. Aaron is a 2002 graduate of University High School in Normal. He then pursued a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Coastal Carolina University where he graduated in 2006. Aaron returned to Illinois after graduating where he met his beautiful wife-to-be, Alyssa, in 2010. They eventually married in the fall of 2017. Together they enjoy spending time with and spoiling their 13-year-old black lab, Sierra Nevada. Aaron enjoys doing anything outdoors whether it’s playing a round out at the golf course, fishing, kayaking, or just grilling out in the backyard. One of their favorite things to do is spend time with family and friends while entertaining in their beautiful new home. Aaron has many years of customer service and sales experience.
